I love food blogs! I've been Celiac for 10 years now and completely rely on the master food bloggers to help me find yummy, healthy alternatives. One of my favorites is The Minimalist Baker. It's blog written by Dana. She creates simple recipes that require 10 ingredients or less, one bowl, and 30 minutes or less to prepare. Easy, simple, yummy and mainly gluten-free and vegan! Plus I love her food photography...she totally has a flair for color!
